Meteor Festival & Gyarados Bridge
Bring Clefairy back and continue east to Atsail.

- Return Clefairy to the town
Start the festival
Go to the town square, left of the Pokémon Center. Watch Clefairy flee; speak with the Elder during the house scene. Return through Edashore Reach to the Cosmic Caverns exit you used earlier.
Catch up with Clefairy
Enter Chamber C’s northeast side room. Approach Clefairy from behind, staying out of its line of sight; being spotted ejects you and resets the chase.
Follow its hiding places in this order: northwest → northeast → southwest → west → southeast. At the final position, speak to it to end the chase.
Continue to Atsail
You return automatically for the festival. After the scene, take the eastern exit from Edashore’s square and cross Gyarados Bridge east into Atsail City.
Stay on the story route
The western Edamist Heights and Frostbite Tunnel excursion is optional; none of its ice puzzles unlock Atsail.
